Kings Beach 70s Condo Soft Remodel - in progress

Stay tuned for this 70s condo transformation. No major construction, mostly updating finishes, cabinets, appliances, plumging and light fixtures, paint, replacing some windows, updating some HVAC systems to make them more energy efficient.

Stay tuned for this 70s condo transformation! Personally, we think the combo of the red carpet and yellow wall is dynamite.

We started with the Loft area and replaced the 50 year old red shag carpet with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring and new furniture, lighting and added new draperies a bit later.

The 50 year old red shag carpeting in the dining area and the yellow sheet vinyl flooring in the kitchen has been replaced with LVP flooring.

The 50 year old red shag carpet has been replaced with light colored LVP flooring The sliding door wall has been painted a dark gray. The old furnishings have also been replaced to give the space a modern mountain look and feel.
