This historic carriage house, once filled with horse stalls, has been restored to a fun eclectic art studio for these homeowners. They converted the left side to a library years ago, but the building had no heat or water and the right side was unfinished and deteriorating. With renewed zoning laws, it was able to be converted to a space where Nancy could work on her art all year round. We added a bathroom and designed a space where she could enjoy letting the outside in. We love the reclaimed wood flooring and multiple antique finishes.
