Winchester Addition
This beautiful Winchester home was in need of a master bathroom and more closet space. We designed a 200 square foot addition to create a master suite to include a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet. We also reconfigured 80 square feet of existing closet space to add to their storage needs.
The addition was built over the existing first floor sunroom. From the exterior, it’s impossible to tell that the addition wasn’t always part of the original design of the home.
The new bathroom features a gorgeous walk-in shower with a built-in bench, double sinks, a skylight, custom cabinetry and a luxurious towel warmer. The beautiful tile work is the focal point - especially the herringbone pattern used to create interest on the shower wall and on the floor.
