This 1930’s home was originally built with plenty of charm, which is why every detail of the two-story addition had to be considered. The clients wish list included adding a bedroom and bathroom to the second floor, remodeling the kitchen and pantry area, and improving the circulation between the rooms on the first level. A strategically placed addition at the rear of the house enabled us to link the barely used bonus room to the kitchen and backyard. By making this a 2-story addition, we were also able to give them the additional bedroom and bathroom on the second floor that they wished for.
