A Los Angeles based Landscape Architect hired us to build his plans from the ground up. We started out by demolishing the existing fencing and concrete patio as well as removing weeds and overgrown plants. A major priority was addressing the multitude of drainage problems which required complete regrading of the site. After that, we installed a large brick patio, irrigation system, drought tolerant sod, and all new plantings.
