We were brought on board by a Landscape Architect to realize her vision for this incredible Oakland hills home with direct views of the entire Bay. This small yard had amazing potential which was being lost on a boring bit of lawn that the owners were tired of wasting resources on. We added contour and texture by creating swales and mounds and adding large boulders. The design focused on drought tolerant and California native plants that are low maintenance and eco-friendly.
