The pinnacle of this piece includes a rear two story addition featuring a kitchen addition on the first floor reaching out into the back yard and a master suite expansion upstairs over an existing sun room. Built in 1915 by old world craftsmen, this unusual rendition of a four square sported a 15/12 hip roof with symmetrically placed dormers on all four sides to create a pyramidal shape. The new addition form was designed to complement the unusual roof line and provide much needed square footage while minimizing impact to the small city lot.
