A ground floor addition of about 60 sf and remodel of 200 sf, creating a larger kitchen, new powder room, small mud room and rear porch. The new kitchen bumps out about 4' into the rear yard, with a window overlooking the garden. Keitam Construction/Keith Hilgers was the General Contractor for this 2007 project.
