The shape of the lot played a big role in the development of this garage design. Since the lot was much too narrow to consider an attached garage, we designed a structure that would become the focal point of the expansive gardens behind the house.
We used heavy timber accents and extra thick custom wood overhead doors to lend a timeless feel to the new structure.
The finished second level housed a multi-use space that functions as an art studio, music rehearsal space, and a gathering area for smaller groups.
