I'm only afraid that another review with exactly the same high praise of the whole team at North River Builders won't be believed, but it's all true. Nile was professional, approachable and so prompt. I contacted them through Houzz and he responded to my email within 15 minutes. Brent was like my new best friend. Sometimes I think I talked to him more than my best friend! Thank you Brent! To this neophyte, they explained the whole process and it made sense. I haven't heard of other builders using the CoConstruct platform, but I found it essential to the communication and understanding of the entire project. There are always a few surprises, especially with an old house, but I feel so much better stepping on my bathroom floor now I know I won't fall through. CoConstruct made it easy to see these change orders. Thank you Chris. I had two foot surgeries and was not very mobile during the whole project, but I got daily pictures and explanations of what occurred each day. Everytime I stopped by whole crew greeted me with a kind smile and a warm hello. Thanks Jeff and Marcos and Tim! The timing of the actual construction couldn't have gone any better. They started the day before my first surgery and they finished everything (except the exterior painting which will be done when the warmer weather returns) by the time I was able to walk in to do the wrap up meeting last week. Thanks Joe! My house is not big or as grand as many of the other projects in their extensive portfolio, but they treated it with the same respect and immaculate attention to detail. Neighbors and strangers alike who walked or drove by would seek me out to expound on the diligence and commitment of the crew on site everyday. All around, a great experience. After this, I think I'll only be able to work with North River Builders.

North River is a high quality, outstanding General Contractor. Nile and his team deliver a great product . We got several quotes and NRB was the most detailed and thoughtful quote that we received. We ended up being on budget, with some change orders - but Nile was absolutely fantastic to work with. His team, his subs and everyone who came to our house was respectful, on time, clean, detail oriented. The quality of the work is outstanding - amazing attention to detail. Nile helped guide us through the project and ultimately helped us make some great, important decisions along the way. This is a great choice for a medium or large project - highly, highly recomment.

North River exceeded our expectations for our kitchen and downstairs renovation project. The project was thoughtfully and carefully planned and then they stuck with the plan throughout its execution, both with regard to budget and timing. Their attention to detail, the professionalism of all their people, the ease of communication with them over questions and concerns -- all top notch. The finished product is amazing. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

North River Builders designed and built our kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom in a series of separate projects. Each project turned out as we had planned, on time and on budget. North River were easy to work with and understood our wishes, needs, and constraints! Not only was the project design handled well but the workers were very professional and had great attention to detail. The expectations set by North River were reasonable and fit into our plans. We certainly would have no qualms in engaging North River again and would recommend them for home design and construction projects be they small or large.

The team at North River Builders not only does very high quality work, they are also a genuine pleasure to work with. Nile listened to our ideas and made thoughtful suggestions appropriate for the style of our 120-year-old home. Client management is excellent: we received a detailed estimate and almost daily progress updates throughout the duration of our project. NRB has a web portal that made it easy for us to communicate change requests and track the budget and schedule. The folks who worked on site were always friendly and respectful of our space and time. Our new kitchen came out so beautifully, and it was such a positive experience all around, that I can't imagine using anyone else for future renovations.

A talented group of professionals that have worked on a remodel of the facade/elevation of our house and then a complete gut and remodel of our Masterbath and bedroom. Creative, kind, focused, and incredibly talented. They were so easy to work with and a pleasure to see each day as well. We were happy when the job was completed (on schedule) but sad to see them go because they were such nice people.
