A 13'x32' pergola was built with clear treated lumber, tips were stained, new wiring and ceiling fans were installed.
The old fireplace was torn down, rebuilt, removed gas insert and installed an electric insert, rewired for the electric unit, and installed a RealStone system stone veneer with a stained (mixed to match floor) top
