Basement conversion, Belmont

This unfinished basement was converted to an office, living room, kitchenette, dining area, bedroom, bathroom and a hall closet. This provided the homeowner with a comfortable, casual space for entertaining guests which could perhaps house a live-in caretaker in the future. 1/3 of the basement was left unfinished for storage.
