This beautiful basement finishing project in Sultan involved installing Rockwool insulation between ceiling joists. Then TWO layers of 5/8" drywall was hung on ceilings, and 1/2" was used for the walls. Ceilings and walls were then painted. The hard work continued with the installation of LVP flooring (including stairs). Finally, baseboards were installed. We also did a lighting upgrade that included six ceiling light fixtures. Disposal/dump fees were included.
