Renovation of a manufactured home. Involved repairing ceilings and painting (about 1,200 SF). Painting of walls in bathrooms and kitchen. Replacement of six light fixtures, one bathroom fixture, and two exhaust fans. Subfloor repairs (installed Lauan plywood as subfloor support). Also included loading and dumping of debris.
