For this basement project, we took the space from open concrete to framed, insulated, and ready-to-paint walls. We framed new rooms, soffits, and hallway layout, coordinated around plumbing and electrical, then installed insulation for comfort and sound control. After that, we hung drywall on walls and ceilings, taped, mudded, and sanded everything to a smooth finish with clean corners and crisp lines. The basement is now ready for texture, paint, flooring, and final trim to turn it into fully finished living space.
