I am so excited for my clients to have their newly designed basement remodel finished. We have been discussing and planned this for several years. This space was sold to my clients with a partially finished basement. Not much was done. The goal for the space was family time, entertaining, guest over nights and memories. A large portion of the space is open floor plan with spacious entertaining spots. We added a stunning game room with metallic silver grass cloth wallpaper, modern accents and multi-purpose quality game table.
My favorite spot in the space is designed media nook for a very awkward spot in the room. We framed, added sconces and shelfs for much needed accents. Your eye is immediately drawn to it as you entire the room.
Smart space planning - framed in half wall for the stair way along with a large storge closet under the stairs and out.
The central area includes a large, comfortable kid friendly sectional. Behind the seating we added a bar with stools for additional seating and lighting. The ping pong table now has a perfect spot with wall Dart board game for multi players. This family space is worth every penny.
