This home is a perfect example of maximizing a budget. Our clients wanted to lighten up the kitchen. My clients appreciated that I did not recommend pulling out all of the cabinets. They have been maintained very well and maple wood doors. The island had some wear and tear but nothing that a bright shade of gray paint couldn't help. Creamy gray subway tile to the ceiling around the perimeter brighten the dark corner in the kitchen. We added a new section cabinets that match the perimeter stained cabinets perfectly. This was something I recommended for additional needed storage and resale. Adding the stunning geometric tile to the coffee station area really defines the new area nicely. Replacing the homeowner knobs with large black pulls adds a nice update. Modern chucky lighting over the islands makes the space feel even bigger. Creative design can be affordable.
