What was an unfinished basement of a 1920s home with open ceilings and one illegal bedroom has been transformed into a two legal bedrooms, a large laundry room and a bathroom.
We acted as general contractor to install plumbing and completely redo the electrical system, while our in-house team installed two egress windows and everything from insulation/framing to painting the walls. The previous owners had done a DIY glued rock project on the brick fireplace that we restored. We even included a secret door to a small storage area behind the brick fireplace.
