This room update changed the room in functionality and style with only two main component changes, the wooden planking and the small size tile. Notice we installed an accent of each across the room as well. In the front entrance, we partially removed carpet and installed pre-grouted tile for better practical use. This is echoed in front of the stove fireplace For style, we installed wooden panels around a fireplace and right at the entryway to complete the retro look. Using real wood with a stylized stain provides an upscale version of a vintage look. Notice, the tile in front of the fireplace was also installed to match the new entrance. This pulled the furniture together perfectly.
