A young couple bought this house and knew the master bath was in desperate need of a remodel. The countertops were laminate, with drop in sinks. The vanity was low for todays standards. The white tile floor was outdated. The soffit, with the recessed lights over the vanity, did not provide good lighting. We completely gutted the bath but we were limited to the keeping the drain lines where they were because this bath was above the living room with a basement below that. We took out the soffit and built a new vanity with great lighting. We built a larger shower and replaced the 5' tub with a larger one. The bath now feels more spacious and has everything the clients need.
