This kitchen is in a condo so the remodel was limited to keeping the appliances where the old appliances were. We gutted the old kitchen and redesigned it for better function. We raised the upper cabinets to the ceiling and raised the cabinets over the island. Before you had to stoop down to see through to the dining/living area. had low upper cabinets over the island.

This small bathroom had an old tub enclosure that made the bathroom too closed in. By taking the tub out and making a glassed in shower, it opened the space up, making it feel larger.
