Gut and Rebuild. This a guest bathroom in a lovely home in Malibu. The client, an out of state investor, hired our company to provide the remodel plans, obtain the permits through the Malibu building department and remodel the two-story home.

Our subcontractors are excellent and have worked with me for many years. The advantage of keeping a tight team together is when it comes to details and finishing, they know based on the experience of working with me the level of my expectation.
