Beautiful home on Sunset Blvd is owned by my clients who are in the creative and finance industries. My relationship with my clients includes remodeling three homes over the last 15 years. This is a 10,000 sq ft Estate with a 2,000 Sqft two-story guest house that A.S turned into her office and showroom. Included in the home are a basement recording studio, a gym/garage conversion, gourmet kitchen, handicapped guest suite, and dramatic dining room.
The grounds are very lovely resembling a storybook brick trail that brings you to an outdoor cabana and entertainment area.
