Bay View home is a 2 story residence with a large downstairs patio area. The original home was built in by the architect . Walsh worked to restore the interior and exterior of the home which includes a Mediterranean style exterior, complete with arched doorways and windows, a Spanish tile roof, stucco finish on the walls, terracotta tile, double doors, and a cast stone 3 tiered fountain. The spacious kitchen and dining area contain custom cabinets, built in ovens and hanging light fixtures. The Spanish style can again be seen in the intricate stairway design, decorated with a wooden railing and iron stiles. The fireplace surrounded by a tile mosaic, adjacent to a large window for lots of natural light, complements the clean design of the home. This clean design is continued in the bathroom, which contains a large round bathtub, with travertine floors and tiles.
