Master bedrooms should be elegant, have a commanding presence and be a refuge for the masters of the house, no matter what size it is. The secondary bedrooms should demonstrate the ability to comfortably fit a bed, dresser and nightstand. The traffic flow moving through the space should always be intuitive.
