Bee Cave Residence 2
This is another Bee Cave project we fixed up in custom home sub division.
There were 3 different sections of concrete with 3 different finishes and colors.All the concrete was very poorly done with fading stains and peeling sealer. We first diamond ground off all the faulty sealer and stain to reveal new concrete which also removed the poor quality finish work. After the grinding sequence, we cleaned the concrete thoroughly and protected all surrounding surfaces.
We then applied a medium gray exterior dye that blended nicely with the exposed rock and sand in its natural colors. Once the dye was cleaned we applied 3 coats of a solvent based UV stable acrylic sealer with non-slip additive.
