Original concrete was faded, peeling sealer and overall bad finish job and execution of concrete work. This is the first of 47 houses in subdivision to receive treatment. Old stain and sealer were diamond ground off to expose original concrete and clean up poor finish job. A fresh new dye was applied to enhance color. Finally 3 coats of solvent based exterior UV stable sealer was applied with a non-slip. Also chips were patched and joints straightened out and cleaned up.
