Bellevue Custom Home

We designed this 4,900sf modern home with our client's busy family of four in mind. Expertly constructed by Alair Kirkland, it balances luxury and minimalism. Designing custom homes allows us to tailor every space to the client's wishes. This project includes details such as dual guest suites, a dog wash, home office with private entrance, open mono-stringer stairs, soaring ceilings, covered patio with outdoor kitchen, and over 60 windows and skylights!
