Needing a change, this Bellevue residence underwent significant upgrades inside and out in order to create a cohesive, light-filled and modernized aesthetic. The interior scope of work included a full kitchen renovation, a new guest suite addition, two bathroom remodels, a mudroom featuring a dog wash station, and new finishes throughout. On the exterior, a covered outdoor living space was added off the family room and accessed by a new folding glass door system, creating a more seamless connection to the expansive backyard that allows our clients to use this outdoor living space year-round.
