By renovating the basement and adding two stories to this single-family house, we transformed a previously restraining work space into a spacious vehicle for innovative work and connection. Approachable frontage was implemented with the intent to meld into Madison Park and interact with the sidewalk and city life. Take a step into the spacious house and you’re greeted by the warmth of dark, wood railing and refreshing, modern finishes. Branching off the main staircase rests an open mezzanine providing for a welcoming, yet secluded working environment. Scope of work also included a dormer addition.
