An extensive light-filled, colorful remodel of a home perched high in the Berkeley Hills, with commanding views of the SF Bay. Designed for an empty-nest couple to age in place, we breathed new life into a formerly claustrophobic, dark home, adding an attic space, decks, and opening up the spaces to the dramatic SF Bay view.
