This growing family needed a larger kitchen and the house was lacking a true master suite. We added on to the kitchen, added a 1st floor office, added a 13'
x11' walk in master closet above that space. We used the existing closet to add to the new master bath. We also added a 3rd car garage for all of the kids outdoor toys.
