Added 25' x 14' to the existing rear of the house to allow for a new kitchen with eat in breakfast room and walk in pantry. Added new mudroom. Added covered porch for an outdoor man cave. Future plans call for using the flat roof above as a deck with new railings and a door off of the new 2nd floor laundry room.
