This home came with the classic "builders special" narrow, exposed aggregate front walkway. A few years ago, with my old company, we installed a beautiful bluestone patio, seat wall, outdoor kitchen and water feature. The clients wanted to carry that theme to the front entry. Even though the home is relatively new, the front entry steps and porch railings were rotting. In conjunction with the walkway, we built new entry steps with a more comfortable tread to riser ratio and replaced all of the wooden railings with Azek composite rails.
