We were hired to transform 2-bays of a 4-car garage into a shared art studio and remodel the living room.

They wanted a beautiful, new, and contemporary garage facade that is fully operable on both the garage and art studio sides, and plenty of natural and artificial lighting for his and her studios. They also wanted an entry door to the studio.
Natural light in the studio is provided by the new frosted glass garage doors, the new man door, a large window, and two light tubes with lighting.

An identity fix was key to the living room; they wanted to update the two story great room design without changing the footprint. We created a new seating arrangement, custom millwork including a new entertainment center, bookshelves, and a lighted niche where a gas fireplace was abandoned. New and existing furniture combined to create an inviting space. Both architectural and decorative lighting completed a complex and detailed living room renovation.
