A kitchen from the 70's was difficult to work in, especially for large family dinners. The owners wanted open space and lots of it. We took down the overhanging cabinets to open the space and moved the appliances around to create enough space for a large eating island. Adding a masonry wall right outside the new sliding doors made a great space for the grill.
