A large open floor plan allows for the conjoining of many rooms in a house. The floor plan of this house allows for the kitchen, dining room, and family room to be in the same space. The design of the house allows for a large living space for the homeowners, with plenty of room to entertain guests.

The focal point of the whole kitchen is the beautiful, unique tiles on the sides of the kitchen island. They contrast with the rest of the kitchen by adding an individualized design.

The kitchen has a simple design with elements of expression. While the kitchen is mostly white, the island is a medium stained wood with a unique ceramic tile floor.

The whole main floor of the house has an open floor plan with access to every room. It can be seen that from the family room, the large home office can be seen. Additionally, the large windows provide a west facing view of the Flatirons.

This master bathroom uses wood and beige colors to create a simple yet elegant space. The clean look is made with flat panel cabinets. round copper mirrors, and beige tile on the floors and shower.

The master bathroom opens to the master closet. This concept allows for extra space for changing and utilizing the bathroom. Also, the large windows in the bathroom allow for light to flow into the closet as well, eliminating the use of artificial lighting.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor of the house, this allows for easy movement around the first level. The flow of the floor plan is continuous by the use of the same styling and colors.
