This house has lots of deck space to enjoy the outdoors, as well as large windows that brighten the interior of the house.

The expansive kitchen has plenty of sitting space. The open concept layout opens is built of the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The large range in the kitchen is perfect for when the homeowner is hosting guest for a large meal. All of the cabinets and appliance have continuity with the stainless steel finish.

The kitchen sitting area is off to the side of the kitchen. It has built in benches and table. A large hanging light piece brings color into the space. Additionally, the windows let in natural light from outdoors.

The dining room has a simple design with bright colors and accent lighting. The room opens to one of the decks and reveals a gorgeous view of the mountains.

The focal point of the living room is the large fireplace. The large design with the stone finish adds to the design of the living room. Additionally, the large spot for firewood contributes to the overall look of the room.

The main entryway to the house is understated, yet original to the design of the house. Although the design did not chance much from the origional, it still reflects the remodeled look of the house.

The front entryway continues the wood theme. A built-in stone bench adds a place to sit and prepare before heading out the door. An accent wall of floor to ceiling stone was added to match the design of the foyer.

Below the main level is a family area. The lofted space is the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy a movie. Additionally, a desk was added under the stairs to utilize more space in the family room.

A contemporary staircase was made to match the space. The metal and cable wire railings create a sleek look that adds to the design of the family room.

This bathroom takes a contemporary design with the whites and greys. Marble tile add texture to the glass enclosed shower and the dark wood cabinets add contrast. The bathtub shower combination makes this bathroom a full bathroom, opposed to a 3/4 bathroom.

The master bathroom takes a warm feel with light hardwood and beige tones. The soft lighting and small window fills the room with ambient lighting. Additionally, the large custom cabinits allow for storage space.

The master bedroom contains cool blue tones. With its simple layout, it is functional. The large window lets in light from outside and has a view of the outdoors.

During the remodel, the top of the house was popped to create a lofted feel and make the ceilings taller in the house. As a result, larger windows were installed to let more light into the expanded space in the house.

Even though there is little backyard space, many decks were added to the exterior of the house to expand the outside seating area. Being in the mountains, the homeowners are able to utilize one of the many decks to enjoy the outdoors.

The large deck on the main level is utilized for dining purposes considering the doors leading to the kitchen. It is the perfect space to entertain guest, especially with the greenary of the mountain surrounding the house.
