The existing floor plan had a boxed in kitchen and front living room limiting the space and sight lines. Our team re-designed the floor plan to create a large open concept kitchen, breakfast, and living area. The kitchen is a chef’s dream now and is great for gatherings. Mid Century detailing shows in the cabinetry, lighting, and tile that fits the central location & architecture of the house.
