Steiner Ranch Glacial Elegance

Welcome to a story of long-term collaboration and a labor of love in a suburban estate neighborhood—a project that spanned several years, evolving from a simple master bath remodel into a comprehensive transformation. It all began with a modest master bath remodel and gradually expanded to encompass all the existing baths, the living area, and the kitchen. Along the way, we embarked on a stair makeover, culminating in a 1,500 SF addition that brought new dimensions to the home.

This addition started as a small unused guest room off the side of the house. We designed the addition to extend an additional 6’ into the back yard, and created a long hallway with a backdoor for pool access.

The tile walls are water friendly but also are a beautiful visual addition to the space.
Hall
We used the additional 6’ to add to the closet area and create a second downstairs laundry room with custom built ins for storage. This also is adjacent to our long tile feature wall and is easy access for a large family using their pool. No need to go upstairs to deal with wet clothes and towels.

Linen closet was removed which also took care of an awkward bump out into the WC. New custom built in for towels. Glass walls make the space feel larger with their reflective quality.

After photo of bath remodel. We removed the walk in shower for a zero threshold shower with tile in drain. Marble Mosaic on the floor and in the niche, Marble subway tiles throughout. Vanity was customized with a Dolomite white marble top.
