This home had a breezeway with a second floor over it. To go from the main house to the game room side you had to either go upstairs and around or outside through the breezeway. By adding a first floor under the existing second floor both sides of the house were connected and a seamless flow created. One side, windows were removed and see through custom white oak shelving was installed allowing ample natural light for the existing space. Glass doors and windows were utilized to take advantage of the spectacular water view creating a warm and inviting sitting area.
