We'd received excellent feedback on our Bridge House, built in 2015, so this year we decided to build another version as a speculative venture in Calgary Mount Pleasant.

Situated on a beautiful tree-lined Avenue in a coveted location, we designed this home for indoor-outdoor living. The main floor living and dining areas open up to expansive outdoor amenity areas. Huge walls of glass and a dramatic two-storey light well wash the home with natural light all day long.

At the heart of the floor plan is a large light well traversed by a second floor bridge. A 48" square skylight in the ceiling above admits sunlight into the central spaces of the home.
