This dramatic modern home, situated in a 1970s-era neighbourhood adjacent to Fish Creek Provincial Park, is actually a major renovation of the original bungalow. We've effectively built a brand new modern home atop an existing foundation. This home was a finalist in the 2011 CHBA Alberta Housing Awards of Excellence.
