An ultra-modern Bauhaus-inspired project comprising a single-family home with an elegant laneway suite above a detached garage. We designed these homes for flexible, multi-generational living with rooms whose function and layout can be altered as the needs of the owners' family evolve. Both units take advantage of the sunny corner lot, with expansive windows opening up to the streetscape.
