A full house renovation. We started by removing walls, and all drywall to the studs including the ceiling. New insulation and everything to the finished walls and ceiling. The entire ceiling was installed using nickel gap boards. New kitchen included moving the kitchen sink from one wall to a center island, custom range hood, quartz counter tops and backsplash, appliances, cabinets, everything is new. New wide plank hardwood flooring was installed throughout. And of course all the bathrooms were renovated including separate his and hers bathrooms. Master bedroom with a fireplace and sitting area. All on a single level. Outside a grill area overlooks an inground pool with a 16'x16' Pergola overlooking both. We did it all to make this home a bright and open home.
