Having clients whom let you maximize the potential for each project rather than do what everyone else has done makes it all worth while. The main focus of the design was to protect clients and their visitors from the elements while having minimal impact on the existing home ie; cladding, newly finished interior and existing steps. Using unique materials and advanced design/building techniques were required to complete the design. Using "3D & CAD" to complete the C&C fabrication of the curved roof structure and the 20 plus structural components to the PVC Fascia (which shows nearly zero imperfections) was all created in "Sketchup". This build went up like a puzzle. The double offset curved roof has a curb appeal like no other. Tying the posts back into the home allowed us to angle the columns inward on top of the landing and save cost on replacing the existing stone steps.
