Less than 3 years ago, my client spent roughly 3.5 million for a new custom built home and what they thought would be their dream home. What they got was a job half done.

I was called in to finish the job. The contractor didn't know how to use proper finishing (to tie the architecture together), used poor construction techniques, cut corners, and had a lack of vision to say the least and for that he was terminated, leaving the home with much needed TLC.
