Broadview Update

The same caesarstone in the kitchen was used in the powder room. Kohler fixtures were installed throughout the remodel that keep to the original style of the home.

The addition to the rear of the house added the space needed for a large bathroom the whole family could share. Hex tiles were chosen for the floor to keep with the old fashioned feel of the house.

The addition was designed with a similar roofline as the front of the house to provide a seamless transition from old and new.

A large cherry cabinet ties in the new bathroom to the original millwork of the house. A large built-in bench just inside the bathroom provides as a place to put bath toys and for kids to dry off.

The fully remodeled kitchen included stainless appliances, cayenne stained cabinets and caesarstone countertops. The original hardwood floors were re-finished throughout.

This space was previously a small office/den. With the expansion of the kitchen, an eating nook was added along with a large picture window overlooking the backyard. As a family with two small kids this space is very convenient for their fast paced lifestyle.

The architect incorporated these stained glass windows that were originally part of the 2nd story and designed them in part of the mudroom.
