Again teaming with Ryan Rhodes Designs from inception, we transformed the downstairs of this home from a space with multiple sectioned rooms to an open, spacious floor plan truly utilizing all existing 1500 square feet. Avid chefs and entertainers, frequently visited by a large, extended family, the owners wanted a home that was inviting, roomy and allowed conversation from all angles of the house. In addition to the interior remodel, we wanted the owner’s guests to have parking, so we added a parking area that made space for four additional parking spots to the existing two.
