*M was hired for a full renovation of a a 2400SF apartment in midtown Manhattan.

2400 SF gut renovation with an amazing view to midtown's jewels: the lipstick, the empire state, the pepsi-cola sign, the UN. All furniture + design + build by *MULTIPLICITIES, AIA and IIDA award winner.

GUT RENOVATED existing apartment to open up the views toward the midtown city skyline.
The apartment was re-structured and re-programmed along a single line made of stained ashwood and grey matching granite. This programmatic wall slides, turns and opens revealing and concealing different modes and moods as needed and desired.
*M Designed all furniture, integrated millwork, an exterior deck on the 18th floor with a BBQ grille, a mini-garden with edibles like tomatoes, cherries, berries.

*MULTIPLICITIES works with natural raw materials and transforms them with the use of computer based processes as well as with traditional ones. The seamless integration between analog an digital techniques into useable space, furniture and objects create a unique aesthetic experience.
